Do NOT use this service. All of the other reviews aren't exaggerated. I was supposed to receive my package Tuesday, never received it, they tried to deliver it the next day without notice, I wasn't there so I had to call to schedule a new delivery for the next day and told them when I was available, they came when I wasn't. Since they do not deliver on the weekends, everybody working during the week will have to go pick up their package.nnTldr : Do not use if you're not home during the week and aren't looking outside 24/7
I was at home all day. No ringing at the door. I discovered by chance the delivery notice, asking to plan a 2nd try or pick it up myself. What's the point of having something delivered at home if the courier company doesn't have the time to ring and wait for you to open the door? It',s way easier for them to write a notice and leave it there, instead of the actual package.
Bad bad bad service. The delivery guy showed up at reception , called me to go get the package downstairs. Told him I could not because I was in a meeting. Asked him to bring it to me, one floor higher on the 2nd floor, he refused and left a notes asking for me to call to reschedule or go get it at their office in Lachine , I live in Laval little far and they are closed until Friday December 27.
Can someone explain to me why major companies like Fizz and Videotron using this delivery service? It's the worst, they do not bother to even make the delivery, they just leave a note....I eventually had to go to one of their locations to pick up my item. When I got there, they made me wait, because one of the employees was leaving and couldn't be bothered to actually service someone. The other person there was incredibly rude and disrespectful...they lack the basic human decency to treat others with respect and kindness. And they kept asking me the same question. I don't want to ever go there again.
They really deserve a ZERO star. My internet is getting cut tonight. I was hopeing to get my new modem From Fizz. Waited all day at home. Didn’t receive anything. They are closed all weekend so no internet for the weekend. And I have to wait again all day at home on monday . No guarantees that I will receive it. I called offered to pick it up myself. Customer service offered no solution or compensation for my wasted time.I filed a complaint to Fizz about this and told them they should stop doing business with this delivery company.
