It was amazing there was those things to hold on to in case you are not so good at ice skating there was one for kids and adults. The ice skates were good quality and you could borrow a helmet for free. It was a very good experience I hope you go!

It is situated on rue Saint-Jean, one of the oldest roads in Quebec City. The square is named in honor of Marie-Marguerite d'Youville, a French-Canadian widow who founded the religious order known as the Grey Nuns of Montreal.nnIt has been a focal point and gathering place for a very long time. It began as the Montcalm public market.
The rink is excellenct. Free, staffed, and indoor heated change room with skate rentals and sharpening. The rink is regularly cleared by a Zamboni and it is level and smooth. Skating at the outdoor rink is fun and free, and as an added bonus just outside the walls of VieuxnQuebec for an après hot chocolate or walk to the Château Frontenac to look at the river.
