Photo printing service needs training. Front desk customer service more focused on explaining they didn't know rather than helping /nfiguring out a solution. I resolved by myself going to the other Jean Coutu location at Marie Victorin. People need training and be interested at resolving whatever service request comes from customers.

My God, I've never seen a Jean Coutu with so many young employees on the floor at the same time but doing absolutely nothing for work! This afternoon, a Saturday with quite a few customers, 4 young girls, employees, in the aisles on their cell phones chatting, dancing and doing everything except taking care of customers who seem not to find what they are looking for! Obviously they are not in a station wagon because they are in the aisles. Pathetic!
I am very satisfied with Jean Coutu de Varennes. The checkout service is fast and the employees are always courteous. Plus, the store is freshly renovated and ultra clean, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
Excellent service at the Canada Post counter, I go there often and I have really received impeccable customer service. Thank you very much to the attendants who do a remarkable job and who we too often forget.
