I bought a hair product the 14th of february i came back to return it the 17 of february and the supervisor said the item couldn’t be returned because it was open. But when i bought it was already open. The person that was on the floor said it was the last one when i got home i opened it and it was already open. Now that i come back and give it back because it’s open and used the supervisor says i can’t have my money back. There shouldn’t be items on the floor open if when the client comes back to return it you don‘t take it back. I never used it and yet the supervisor says i can’t have my money back for a mistake the salesperson did for having opened items on the sales floor. I would like to have a refund.
I don't get my prescriptions here, but for everything else, they are pretty great. Less expensive than Pharmaprix, but I still feel I don't leave without spending at least $60 each time.nnThere's a bike rack outside - I don't own a car, and having somewhere to lock my bike to is a huge reason for me coming here.

This is a terrible pharmacy! I’d never injected myself nor anyone with medicine. A pharmacienne showed me what to do weekly with Tirzepatide. 4 doses plus the injectors and needles are $399. Today, the 4 th one was missing most of the medicine. I called at 9 AM. They’re delivering tomorrow another month. The pharmacienne said to bring to them the faulty one and they would replace it. When I took the bus all the way there, the male pharmacist and store manager, Annie, took his side and said I must call a toll free number. Why does one female pharmacist say one thing and he refutes it. Says he doesn’t care, neither does Annie B. the pharmacy manager. They said they don’t care whether I find a new pharmacy.
