I bought a hair product the 14th of february i came back to return it the 17 of february and the supervisor said the item couldn’t be returned because it was open. But when i bought it was already open. The person that was on the floor said it was the last one when i got home i opened it and it was already open. Now that i come back and give it back because it’s open and used the supervisor says i can’t have my money back. There shouldn’t be items on the floor open if when the client comes back to return it you don‘t take it back. I never used it and yet the supervisor says i can’t have my money back for a mistake the salesperson did for having opened items on the sales floor. I would like to have a refund.
I had a disappointing experience with the pharmacist. She seemed more focused on talking with her colleague and did not attend to the customer’s needs. I politely said ‘excuse me’ because I only needed help finding where a medicine was located, but she told me I was being rude. I wasn’t asking for a consultation, just simple assistance. I hope customer service can improve—kindness goes a long way.
My girlfriend and I went here to get some items that we needed and at some point my girlfriend ended up in the perfume section and we were served by Sabrina whom gave us wonderful service. We will definitely be back
I have a horrible experience with this place, I am very disappointed. I returned a Brita Water Filter and a filter that I bought less than 24h but the manager didn’t accept it and told me to contact the factory, because the box was open, but I did buy it open and it was not the model I was looking for. that was hilarious. I didn’t deal directly with the factory so why should I contact them? I said no and I didn’t get my money back, so I left the product there. This is not very professional, really disappointed
Very terrible place, I had issues with nail polish and on the receipt it says you can get an exchange or refund in a span of 30 days with receipt. The nail polish was sealed and they refused an exchange claiming they don’t do that with any cosmetics even though it isn’t written anywhere. Overall bad service, staff doesn’t seem aware on return politics in Quebec.
