I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the environment in the beauty section of this store. Unfortunately, I experienced what I believe to be discriminatory behavior based on both age and race by the staff.nRecently, we purchased a lipstick and, prior to opening and testing it, we planned to buy the lipstick first so we can try and if we liked it , we will buy another one for my cousin. We even informed the cashier that I intended to test the product.nWithin five minutes, another staff member approached us. She spoke very rudely, asking if we had purchased the lipstick. When we confirmed that we had just bought it, she then demanded to see the receipt. We showed her the receipt, but she continued to insist on seeing the lipstick itself, and her manner remained disrespectful throughout.nThe way we were treated was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. We understand store policies and paid for the product before testing it, which is standard procedure. The staff member's name is Amelia. I have over nine years of experience in customer service, and I believe her behavior lacked basic manners and professionalism.nI have already filed a formal complaint with the store supervisor, who acknowledged that this is not the first time that this cashier has behaved inappropriately.nSupervisor told me that he will pass this message to the manager and manager will reach out to us. I am still waiting for manager response.nI am deeply disappointed, and I strongly feel that this incident was fueled by how we looked. Due to this experience, I have decided I will not be returning to this store.
Usually the service is okay, but when calling on weekends for a prescription, I have been put on hold and then hung up on without being helped. When I call back, they pick up and hang up the phone immediately. I understand the weekends are busy and they may feel overwhelmed, but then they should hire more staff because this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in a professional healthcare environment.
I looked on the website prior to coming to the store to have my passeport photo taken. The website says, quite literally : present yourself during opening hours and our employees will take the necessary measures.nI arrived at 8h30, a woman was having her photo taken as I waited at the cashier. They were 2 employees. When it's my turn to pay, the employee says that they can't because they have too many things to do. I said : there's someone doing it right now. She still refused.nDon't advertise a service during opening hours if customers need to come at specific times. I'm very disappointed to have made the trip for nothing.
I went to this pharmacy to take a photo for RAMQ. The cashier took the picture and before printing it, she showed me the picture then I noticed that my blouse was open. I asked to take another one.nAfter leaving, I noticed that she printed the wrong photo, so I went back to get the right photo.nShe said it wasn't her fault, because the photo was chosen by the system, and it wasn't possible to delete the first photo what the H.. ?? Additionally, she said it wasn't a beauty contest what the H..? So now I will have a photo with my blouse open in an official document? What the H..? And she kept insisting out loud that it wasn't a beauty contest so all the clients around could hear.nI felt so humiliated and exposed, it was as if I was teen complaining because I didn't look good enough.nThat young lady is so mean, so rude that I sincerely think she should be doing something, not dealing with clients..nI recorded the whole absurd and she started complain as if I didn't know my rights!
The prescription desk can get busy but service is always courteous and helpful, things are easy to find and you can find some good specials from time to time
