This pharmacy is dangerously disorganized. Making mistakes and then trying to brush it off like no big deal. OPQ has been contacted. Stay away from this place if you want to be sure your medication is being handled properly.
While the customer service in the store is great especially Margaret , the pharmacy has become a disaster in the last year. Waiting 24 hours for prescriptions, and 45 + minutes for urgent prescriptions has become their norm. Although I have given them several chances, the pharmacy technicians have committed a breach of confidentiality, and have been absolutely rude when I asked questions as was the male pharmacist. It is also deplorable that a prescribed medication was substituted twice to a completely different medication without my knowledge or consent in a one-year period. On a positive note, Ile Bizard will have a new pharmacy soon, and I can guarantee that I am not the only one who will say good bye to PJC Ile-B .
It's the worst pharmacy ever . The service is horrible. I have had it so I transferred my prescriptions to the new Familiprix in Ile Bizard last week
I’ve been leaving on Ile Bizard for 11 years and always had to go to Jean Coutu for mine and kid’s prescription. So far never had any issues with pharmacist, beside long waiting time. But I respect that, and totally understand that we have a lot of oldery people on the island who needs medications.nBut today I had a worse experience, not sure if the guy is a new pharmacist as I never seen him before.nI had a prescription from other clinic with explanations on the label how to take pills.nBut it wasn’t clear enough for me, so all I did is I asked him for help, because they understand better. All I asked is to read a label and see the difference. Thanks to the boy cashier who helped me and explained everything, but he was banished by pharmacist and also the pharmacist was rude to me as well!nSo unprofessional!!!! We all are humans and I find if I come and ask for help, he was supposed to try to help me instead arguing with me that he is not allowed to read labels from other clinics. Shame on him! And big thanks to a cashier!nHope next time when I go for my prescription, I will never meet this pharmacist again!
This is by far the most professional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I’m elderly and each every pharmacist at this branch is amazing. They’ve answered my questions on the spot or have phoned me with an answer. Who does that in 2024? Thank you to the best team of pharmacists and technicians
