The pharmacy service was pretty mediocre. The new way of giving advice with a form sent by text message is awful. The world is starting to revolve around cell phones and data collection, and it's really discouraging. Besides, when you go to a professional for advice, most of the time it's because you don't really know what's wrong with you, so you can't summarize the problem in a nice little form that asks irrelevant questions.

Fast service with understanding and kindness
Nice place, but the service in the back office is very disappointing. I don't know if it's because it's a large branch, but in the last few weeks there have been many mistakes. For example: the doctor faxed a prescription, received an acknowledgement, but the pharmacy said it hadn't gone through; the doctor sent a new prescription on Thursday, and on Friday afternoon they tried to call the doctor late that afternoon, so they weren't able to prepare the new prescription; and lastly, we waited 45 minutes, were hung up on, had to call back, and were put on hold before anyone answered. Very disappointed.
This is my pharmacy, and I always receive great service there! They also have everything I'm looking for, and at good prices.
