Best place in our small town for salon product like la Roche Posay , Clarins etc.
Customer service is poor
Every time I have to deal with the pharmacy, I get such rude responses! As if all customers are idiots! I'm going to change pharmacies and I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone!
Overall, a very good pharmacy.nnThe major drawback:nThere's this esthetician who works during the day in the beauty section. As soon as you walk in to look at a perfume or something else, she rushes over and is incredibly aggressive in trying to serve you. She practically throws herself at you, it's crazy. It's so off-putting and puts you off. You don't even want to look any further. She could just say hello and leave it at that. If we need her, we'll ask.nnI really don't appreciate her abrupt approach.nShe acts like she owns the Jean Coutu, as if we don't have the right to try a perfume that's being demoed, even though it's not even behind the closed-off window...nShe does this every time we go to Jean Coutu. You have to tell her, otherwise I'll tell her she won't appreciate it!nnI'm talking about the Jean Coutu in Sept-Îles on Boulevard Laure; there's only one in that whole town, ugh...nThanks
J’adore cette pharmacie, elle a tout ça fait 15 ans que je vais la
