Friendly staff
This morning I ordered photos from my cell phone. The young employee helped me through all the steps to choose and order them. I give 5 stars for excellent customer service. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much.
Don't leave us alone, probably thinking that since we looked young we were going to steal. At some point, try to be a little more subtle so those who don't intend to steal don't feel pressured to shop and take their time. Nothing disgusts me more than that.
We also received poor service. We had a rain check for a type of coffee, and the assistant manager was incredibly rude in her response, saying they had sold a lot in June, so she refused to extend the voucher even though I told her I had come every two days and they never had any. I understand that rain checks are a courtesy, but it was more the way this person spoke to us that was unacceptable.
