Excellent service
Every time I go to shop at the JCoutu pharmacy in Plessisville, I am welcomed and the clerks on the floor offer their help without me having to ask. All the employees at this pharmacy are warm, smiling and friendly. The prescription counter always makes sure to call me if any medications are missing from my order, as well as notify me by text when they have arrived. Overall rating: More than perfect!
Seriously, I've always had excellent service there. They even offered to breastfeed my little girl who was only a few weeks old.nnOn the other hand, they will no longer have to sell this gift card. Yes, this August 31, 2024, I was robbed. Good morning,nDespite the excellent service we had had so far. I have just experienced a disappointment with the Jean Coutu pharmacy in Plessisville. In fact, my father was a lifelong customer of this pharmacy. Unfortunately, he had to be transferred to a CHSLD. We had a pack of 84 protection depends that Dad won't use. I bought them from Jean Coutu and this pharmacy, which says you can find a friend there, did not want to reimburse my father. So I donated to the pharmacy, who probably sold it to someone else and made money off my father's back.
