Won’t refund a 30$ perfume I haven’t used

Consulted a pharmacist and he was extremely rude and racist. I’d rather go further than visiting this Jean coutu again.

It takes too long to be served.nAnd worse, I called for a prescription renewal, the person was very rude, no professionalism in the way they spoke, plus they hung up on me. Frankly, a pharmacy that I do not recommend at all. We are much better served and treated respectfully elsewhere.

I usually order online and the service is ok. Today I had a new prescription so I gave it and went to wait in the waiting room....40 minutes to process my prescription and another 10 minutes to prepare. Faced with my complaints, the pharmacist told me that doctors make patients wait and that pharmacists do too!! This makes no sense, there is a lack of organization because people who show up in person have to wait for orders that arrived earlier to be processed even if they were made online.nI am not satisfied and I am going to change pharmacies hoping that the organization will be better.
