I purchased a Biotherme product from the cosmetics department under the recommendation of the cosmetician assuring me that this product is the SAME as the previous one, which we purchased several years ago the company changed the packaging. Not having a sample to test the product, I trust his knowledge. When I got home, I compared it with the stock I had left and it turned out that the product was not at all equivalent and its smell was not very pleasant. Haven't used it, only opened and smelled it, so I'm asking for a refund. It turns out that their policy is strict and does not allow refunds. I argue my case without change. ::: So here's what I have to add: I trusted the cosmetician who ultimately doesn't know her products. So I pay $65 in a vacuum for his incompetence. But above all, it is a bad tactic to have such poor customer service when a customer easily spends up to $1000/year at this pharmacy. In these times of recession, a company that demonstrates flexibility obtains considerable gains from customers. I won't set foot there again. I will be happy to go to UNIPRIX BLANCHET where I am always greeted with a smile and the cosmeticians are REALLY pleasant and competent. Welcome, interaction and customer service is really a priority at UNIPRIX, we feel that they love people, this is not the case at this Jean Coutu. Damage!
