So I go to the pharmacy counter to ask them for advice on what to take that would be most effective quickly to relieve a sore throat. I was given a curt response: 'Do you have a file here otherwise we won't respond to you'. Very surprised, I said no, but I just need a quick tip for something over the counter. They tell me even more sharply to manage. Honestly, I was shocked! I ask: ''So basically I have to organize myself with my problem?'' and they answer me ''That's it'' before turning on their heels and no longer speaking to me. This is the first time I have had such bad service at a pharmacy in my entire life. However, there were no other customers to respond at that time. In short, I tried to find what I needed since I was in a bad situation, but I will never set foot there again. Damage.
I do not recommend this pharmacy. They've been bothering me several times with huge deadlines. Medication quantity errors despite the long waiting time. 1h15 today and it's not the first time. It is not always possible to have it prepared beforehand, especially when I leave the emergency room with a prescription alone with two young children and pain. Refusal to give over-the-counter medications behind the counter upon recommendation from 811. They should take fewer customers. It was the last time. I am transferring my file. This is the first time I've made a complaint, but that's enough. I stop tolerating.
