Amazing pharmacy with amazing, friendly employees. Offers many services, such as photo development, passport and Medicare card pics and bus ticket sales.
Now I understand the reviews, after I had to deal with the pharmacy! They refused to serve me a specific medication saying it’s reserved for ‘their’ patients! You totally deserve the negative reviews I see here!!
Every time I visit this location, I am left disturbed because of the attitude of the employees. Many are angry and unhappy elder individuals who should NOT be working in customer service. Time to retire!
Hi yesterday I visit this Jean Coutu, to take some pictures of my kids, but unfortunately the behaviour of the lady at photo service section disappointed me. I didn’t take any photo and I left.
I was in PJC Caroline Paré & Robert Parén870, boulevard Périgny Chambly.nAnd I had a very disappointing experience in the photo service center. They were unprofessional and Le commis responsable was unhelpful and irresponsible.nWe were a family of 4 taking the passport photo for all of us. I didn’t like the photo of my kid. even the kid himself was very disappointed and not satisfied of his photo because his hair was covering his front and unequal from both sides that is altering his appearance .and when I asked them to retake it he le responsable refused unless I pay the full amount again since it meets the criteria in his opinionnThis usually doesn’t happen in many other photo centers even in other PJC they accept to retake the photo if you don’t accept it , they even usually ask you if you are OK with it before they proceed.nnI am really unhappy with this experience and might switch to a more accommodating pharmacy if no action has been taken that guarantee my rights and satisfaction as a customer.nnThanks
