Trust me i didn't ask and never did requested also my mother didn't knoe about that ither ....me the responsible told her why did u do that? She told me she new owner now and she have the right to do so to stop doing buissness whit them there independent buissness owner if I didn't like it !nI told her her mistake and she didn't assume it she didn't care less she force us to change pharmacie after 20 years of buissness whit them there never had problems before her attitude so why now ? She didn't let me speak interrupt client always didn't came whit solution or agreement since she did wrong she perfers lost of costumer else then assume there wrong they didnArguments whit your customer is not a solution for any buissnessnHang up in there face ither ,nHad 2 other people [worker] to find out were was the medication and interpret Stephanie poor communication skills.

Very low sense of urgency and common sense. I showed up to pickup my puffer with difficulty breathing. Clearly the lady could see it and still came up with a scripted response: it will be ready in 2 hours.
