It was a huge store and had a nice selection of pet foods. I can also guarantee that their products are legit and your pets would definitely enjoy their products. My little brother was interested in taking care of birds so I bought him a bird cage from this place too.

My favorite pet store in Edmonton They have a decently big selection for birds which makes me very happy! Much more than PetSmart or anything else. I love the refillable cat litter. You can buy a pail and refill it there, cheaper than other litters and it clumps really well. I also have two birds from here who are very healthy and happy. Always a hand to Claude for being a man who appears to have 5 tasks at hand at once at all times, but always manages to be the one to run to cash when needed.

This is one of the best pet and its accessories, food supply stores in Edmonton. It's a great place to visit with family especially kids. There are many birds and smaller animals that you can pet. It's such a unique experience. The staff are very helpful. Will recommend this place to others. There is a grooming center beside the store with accessibility entrance through the store also.

All fish in every tank was in perfect condition with no diseased or dead fish. Great job!

The young girls are very friendly and helpful. The lady who is called as Manager has no friendly attitudes when talking to customer. Today I am really disapointed.

I came in later in the day, staff was busy taking care of the animals and I got a good look into how they treated the caged companions. It was fantastic to see so much care and dedication on the staff side they all seemed to work tirelessly to make sure all the animals needs where met but also going above and beyond by being loving with the animals too. You could tell the people who worked here really love animals. I had just gotten a new kitten I had her under my arm as I brought her in. I was looking for an easy to clean litter boxWe've all been there cat poop is not fun and the man that helped me was very comprehensive with my needs and even recommend a different box to the one I was getting due to having good reviews. I'm usually not too drawn to big chain pet stores but in this one you could really tell the staff put their heart and soul into their work, I can only hope thier pay is reflective of that. The long and short of this is that I highly recommend going to pet land, the staff are helpful and well meaning, the prices are ok, and the pets are welcome.

A frustrating experience. Stopped off at this location to grab two budgies. Associate asks if we have any experience with birds and whether we have a habitat already. Told her that we've owned several birds and currently have a single budgie. Also told her that we have a full height corner enclosure with about four times the space they currently have over a dozen budgies living in. When pressured to purchase additional accessories, I inform the young woman that we literally have everything single amenity a bird could want. She finally finds an item on her list that we don't have... an iodine block. Perfect, she marches us over to the iodine and I grab a pack. Anything to keep our little guys healthy. She then let's us know that the other dozen plus perches, swings, mirrors, sticks etc etc that we already own are inadequate. Our 6 varieties of bird feed aren't enough. We buy their chosen brand of mix, new mirrors, new identical long perch that we own and a few more bird toys. She stands there watching until we pick enough items to satisfy her checklist and off we go. Twenty page contract reading next... Let her know during the 30 day warranty section of the mandatory contract reading new truck purchase took less paperwork that we live 500kms away and we're currently heading home 7:20pm . I would not return to use the warranty so we can skip that. No, mandatory reading and it must be done in full. She reads on... for what feels like one eternity later already spent 5 hours in a vehicle prior. My spouse comes in to use the washroom during this point, which of course is out of order due to "COVID-19". She leaves in frustration. I sign up and down and up and down a few more documents, listen to the rest of the speel and we're done! After going to the back of the store, to have her manager sign off on my credentials, she returns!... I messed up and had signed one of the several spots outside of the box on the adoption forms. Off she goes again after a quick correction of the paperwork. $115.31 later I owned another two budgies and a few toys to throw in their drawer. Yes, the budgies occupy not only a full corner but they also own their own drawers. Had we stayed over night in a hotel which we debated doing as it was now quite late after our budgie adoption and something terrible happened where we had to utilize our warranty.... I would not be going back regardless. I would rather use my money as papers for their cage then return to do more paperwork. Beyond no chance will I return to this location. Last budgie we picked up in 15 mins, in and out. It's not like degenerates are forging documents to adopt budgies for fight rings. First picture is of their big brothers. Who both know they can look but not touch!

Clean and spacious store. A bit more expensive than competitors for the same item if at regular price non-member priced items. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

The store was very clean and the employees were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went for cat litter and found a HUGE variety for great prices.
