Pizzeria NO.900 - Monkland, Montréal

It wasn't very busy on one of the coldest days we've ever had in Montreal for this time of year on Thursday the 28th of December 2017. However is the service was great and the pizza was potentially good... That is to say... It was very attractive and exceptionally thin. The outside of the crust of the pizza was very well done but the center to Mid edges were very undercooked. There is hot chili oil serves and put it on the table and it's self-serve container and little bowl of chili as well. The service was excellent and they have some sort of electric wood burning stoves sort of Affair. We drank water and the service was excellent and we were filled up 3 times. And the cappuccino and the espresso were actually superb! I had the double cappuccino and it was just so so so very very very very good! You fellows served us perhaps the owner? Said he actually doesn't drink coffee himself surprise period was lovely and I'd give it a five-on-five if it was actually properly cooked. However, it was good. Both my friend Pete and I enjoyed it. :-) I imagine the pizza was undercooked because he was trying to be of great service to us as he was throughout our entire visit. I would definitely return. I look forward to giving it a 5-star the next time

Service was excellent! Our waitress Anna was on point the entire night. Super patient and always with a smile on her face. Would recommend 100 percent!

The margherita pizza is always fantastic. The management/owner are wonderful and community-oriented. What they've done in terms of design/decor is outstanding. Most importantly, the pizzas taste like authentic Italian pizza.

Absolutely phenomenal pizza. Chewy and supple delicious crust, tasty toppings. I always get the Italian sausage with pesto. Worth the calories!
