Pizzeria Cortina

Unfortunately I never received my order. After an hour and ten minutes I called the restaurant and apparently they forgot to activate their online ordering system. The clerk then had the nerve to tell me I should've just called in my order. Really?!!! So why the heck do you have online ordering? This is my second failed attempt with this restaurant. The first time I actually called in but they wanted to surcharge $2 for delivery because of my location. Which by the way is in their delivery zone and they advertise in my area. I should have read Google reviews before I ordered. Should've known better. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dimwitted establishment.

So, I just received my delivery from Cortina and not only was it 1:30 late. (7:00 and it is presently 8:28) I ordered a sub steak pepperoni and when the sandwich arrived there was a 2 and a half I ch piece of steak and maybe 30 pieces of pepperoni. The piece of steak of was so small it didn’t even cover half the length of the bread. I called them to let them know and the man who responded told me that that is the « portion » So you pay 15$ for il petruccio and your paying for pepperoni and pizza dough bread and let’s not forget the 2 and a half inches of steak you get. Never again.

Waited 1 hour and 25mins for the food to arrive and when it finally did, not only was it cold but the order was wrong I got 2 burgers out of 3 that I ordered. I sent it back not gonna waist my money and time on this place again My kids were starving. Definitely never order from this place. Hopefully the owner enjoyed those cold burgers
