I just ordered two large pizzas, meat lovers and Hawaiian and stuffed cheese knots. The order was 47.00 dollars picked up. Well, I'm so disappointed in the pizza it's stayed in the box. The crust is so hard it's like steal. The rest of the pizza was cold. The two stars I gave them are for the Knots , they were very good. Don't order the pizza. Oh ya I live 20 mins away from the store. Port Elgin store
This review is for pizzaville location in port Elgin Ontario. The pizza quality is very low. A couple of times I received partially burned pizza. They used to make good pizza only during the first few months of the store openings. customer service is zero. A couple of times they forgot to make my online order and i had to wait extra 20 minutes.
Update Feb 19/21: Wow I had to put my stars back up to 5/5. Thanks guys, you must of listened to what I said because the last couple times I ordered everything was spot on and amazing. Definitely and always was best pizza in Port. See you guys again soon! Update Jan16/21: I feel the need to reduce a star because after ordering a few times from here I've noticed the amount of cheese/toppings put on pizzas or breads are subpar. I'm not sure if this is due to pizzaville requirements or training. Still, great staff and fresh ingredients. This was some amazing pizza! The toppings were fresh and the sauce was on point. The staff were so nice and the owner was even better! Will definitely make this my regular pizza place to order. See you again soon pizzaville!
Overall experience is excellent and I like the service which they are giving to the customer. The store is nice and clean and staff member are very friendly in nature. My Kids and I love well done and crispy Pizza.
worst customer service. my pizza was made incorrectly so i took it back requesting the pizza i had ordered. i had to purchase an entirely new pizza on top of the incorrect pizza i already paid for. the arancini that i also paid for were burnt to a crisp and inedible. waste of money and time. never going back.

I don't understand why I can't pick up a pizza I ordered ahead of time, without being kicked out because of the 4 person limit. Other than that, its alright i guess. Just super annoying when the staff acts all stuck up, almost all the time.
One of the best Pizza Stone Baked in town. Ordered large pizza & spicy chkn wings.. great taste, fair amount of toppings on Pizza. Perfectly cooked. Reasonable price & Excellent service. Worth visiting! Highly recommended!

Visited the port elgin location grabbed a pizza and went to the beach to enjoy. Was good pizza. However, i know the site is pretty busy during dinner hours please make sure you have patience with the staff they arr trying their best.
