Had a sketchy person come into the store today while me and my friends were sitting and eating out pizza. The man began to talk to the staff working there why there were “kids” here even when we were 23 and why the staff were letting us sit around when we were done our pizza it was -20 outside and we were waiting for our ride. Staff were joking with him which made me more uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you are fine with creepy staff and customers.
Usually I like to order from this location but because of my experience tonight I might change my mind. First of all, the person who delivered my order had called me to pick it up outside. I live in a condo so what's the point of delivery and service charge? This is not the first time I've had this issue with this location. Luckily the food was fine but just disappointed in the service.

Ordered a pizza and it was subpar. Pizza was not warm, and was also late. Delivery person was not too engaging or nice. However, the weather was gloomy and rainy, and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Still tipped well, and wished him a good day. Overall, subpar from the pizza's I've had from this franchise. May give it another chance in the future.
Just had an amazing greek pizza, with quality toppings and amazing sauce. Really friendly staff and good location made the experience better! If you want a great tasting pizza, I say you choose this location!!
The pizza was overly done and a little burnt. I was the only one in the restaurant and when I walked in the rep wasn't busy making another order so I'm not sure why the pizza came out burnt. This will be the last time I order from this location.
My XL pizza is oval and looks smaller than it should be. Is this a way to rip me off by saving both on cheese and ingredients by decreasing the overall surface area? The previous time we got a pizza from this same location, the bottom was burnt to the point of being inedible.
Aside from the pizza being delicious and all the other dishes they make their customer service is great!!!
Bad choice. I will never shop again. Chicken wing no sauce pizza tastes like paper.
The first 2 times the pizza was hot, fresh crust was perfect crispy at the bottom. It looked like the owner was cooking it cuz be was older and was teaching other staff while my pizza was baking. The last two times I went I had massive stomach ache and the cheese tasted very off. I suspect the cheese was stored and handled incorrectly. I ended up throwing away half the pizza both times.
