I tried lot of pizza stores but this pizzaville bolton is number 1and pizza base is very good and crunchy. Perfectly baked. I suggest everyone to try must. Thanks chef for making perfect pizza what we like.
This new location is very nice and I've had good experience and pizza on past orders and would give a higher rating but tonight's large, flat crust pizza was burnt all around the outside and on the crust including some of the cheese I know some people like burnt pizza but that's not us. This used to happen at the old location occasionally but I have been lucky not to experience burnt pizza at the new location until tonight. Not up to their usual standard the rating is for this visit specifically - not sure if they had a busy night or wasn't paying close attention to the pizzas in the oven.
I added pictures. Tell me I didn't get ripped off. The toppings and cheese on the extra cheese and the veggie pizza start over an inch or two from the inner edge of the crust. Very poorly made. How do you look at what you have made, seal the box and sell it to customers? Shameless.
Asked for fresh basil thin crust and well done. Basil was cooked to a crisp the pizza was all dough under cooked. Never again
I used to love coming to the Bolton Pizzaville at their previous location. However, ever since I've gotten pizza or panzerotti from here since they moved to the McDonalds plaza, my orders have been undercooked or burnt. The customer service is lacking as they don't own up to it. But here's a pic of my recent burnt panzerotti.
I love this pizzaville in Bolton !!! The pizza is amazing and so are the wings. Their always warm and fresh !!! The owners are amazing people they talk to the customers to make sure all is good the way it should be and also very attentive. While we waited he offered us an expresso and we thought that was very nice of him. This will always be my go to pizza spot !!! My whole family enjoys this place and their different choices in food. Also their garlic and cinnamon knots are really delicious !!! You must try !!!!
Ordered Pizza for my kids birthday and the girl who took my order was amazing, her name was Claudia. Great customer service, very sweet. Delicious pizza! Definitely going back.
We catered for my sons 3rd birthday and the food was amazing. Veal sandwiches were delicious, the kids loved the baked chicken bites and the pizza was perfect. Thank you!
This place is a hidden gem. The in-store menu is frankly, to die for. If you go in and order pasta, you'll have to wait a bit. Why? Because they need to boil the water in the pasta pot first. Don't even get me started on the seemingly 2 pound veal sandwiches. Needless to say, I'm a regular. It's a great place, nice family, and great food.
******Has to be the worst pizza in bolton! This pizza is disgusting! I orderdd a thick crust pizza which turned out to be a thin, then asked for extra toppings and each slice was barely covered with toppings or cheese. I strongly would not recommend******
