Don't bother ordering from here. The pick up time is completely meaningless. 2 small pizzas were said to take 45 minutes, ended up taking more than 1.5 hours. The cheese pizza had no sauce and the dough was not cooked in the middle. Pizza was barely warm. Staff were disorganized and did not care about the extra wait.
Very nice blend of sauce and cheese, fresh pepperoni and the mushrooms had texture. Slightly burnt topping but hard to complain given the crunchy crust. Nice job friendly service and pizza ready fast. Probably would return at least monthly.
We have given this place so many "second chances." We've had so many pizzas that have been way overcooked or way undercooked or simply the wrong order. There has never been any ownership for mistakes and nothing done to make things right. Tonight, we gave it another chance - it looked perfect when we opened the boxes. But there was so much cheese the grease made the crust soggy and it was so salty it was nearly inedible, even my kids who love pizza wouldn't eat it.
Had great experiences in the past however, tonight, 3 hrs later. After several calls, the last saying it was on the way and less then 5 mins. I have frozen pizza I a toaster oven. Not 1 call in 3 hrs fro. Them but a few from me, one offering to come pick it up. Greatly disappointed! 1 starts a lil high today, need a serious negative.
Save your money! Over priced burnt pizza and cold pasta that took over an hour and a half to arrive. We called to say something which we never do and the least enthusiastic employee stated they would replace everything. After another hour and a half we finally called to check on our replacement food only to find out they don’t have a delivery driver available. When we FINALLY received our food….cold and burnt again. I should also mention I heard another person complaining about their burnt pizza in the background during our call back. I really hope the owners and management step up and save this place before it goes under.
Definitely wont order from here again. Was recommended this place by a few people. saying that it was the best pizza in town. Sadly this not the case. Pizza was burned and dough was not cooked all the way through. Was not worth calling them back to let them know as their service was horrid. the kids really don't know the meaning of customer service or what the word polite meant. If you have a choice for food in sooke, best steer clear from thsi place.
This place is the least consistent pizza place ever. Overcooked. Undercooked. Wrong order. And when you reach out to them they don't actually DO anything about it. Just wasted $70 on inedible over salty dripping with grease pizza. Again. My kids won't even eat it. I guess I'm a slow learner ‍ I'm done. Never again. Sooke needs a new pizzaria
absolutely...hands down!!! best pizza not only on the west coast,we visited 34 pizza joints in 3 years . we voted this 3rd or of all. highly recommend
Took too long to make our pizzas and was over priced in my opinion. The staff were all very young but dealt well with the multiple complaints and lost orders that occurred whilst we were waiting for our order.
Told 45-50 min, which is about the top wait in my experience. Arrived at 45. pizza's were overcooked, burned actually. Two mediums 11 inch, we measured cost $47, website said $37 I questioned this, the young server was polite enough. That must be the most expensive takeout pizza in Greater Victoria. Expected something really top notch. Pizza was salty for my taste, toppings were shredded bits, cheese thin, no better than a $10 Little Caesar. Prefer some $8 frozen brands to this. Save your money.
