It’s sad to see all the negative reviews on here but I’ve had great experiences with this Pizza Hut. First time through delivery about 4 months ago and tonight! Both times the pizza turned out well. As you can see the pizza is cooked well. Happy so far!
Always disappointing Based on 4 visits over 18 months Their ability to use online ordering seems permanently disabled. Once using a 3rd party food delivery app which accepted the order nothing happened so when I called after an hour they were surprised and denied the order was placed. Once their own online ordering system told me the order couldn’t be received so I had to call up, but only after I’d added everything to my Pizza Hut cart. I tried them again last week out of desperation - called the order in and collected in person. The staff are cordial but not friendly - they seemed distracted by some external event and everyone was trying to call one of the delivery drivers. A random bloke dressed in his regular although visibly dirty clothes kept wandering in and out of the kitchen whilst on the phone - I assume another delivery driver. There were hairs all over the reception countertop. The pizzas were terrible. Burnt, sad, dried little mummified versions of pizza with a significant cheese deficit. Even my toddler wouldn’t have any. They went in the bin. This branch of Pizza Hut needs to have a long hard look at itself.
Not the best of pizza hut stores around. Asked for feedback, given feedback. Called to see if I was happy with the order, defended against genuine feedback. I would have believed it, but the truth is we have ordered the same pizza for years at PH Concord store and none ever looked like a pizza with soup on the base, and no toppings on one third of the pizza. Such a waste of time, money, and food overall. Had no initiative to offer a replacement. Will never return
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Quite possibly the worst manager customer service I have ever experienced. Given every opportunity to rectify a simple situation this franchise business have failed on all accounts. Will no longer use this store. I hate giving bad reviews however Pizza Hut is a large organisation and need to do better with their franchises.
I got pizza which was cold and told by delivery driver to put it in the microwave…pizza it’s self is disgusting… never again
One of the better pizza huts around, although this still doesn't mean good. Manager likes to smoke inside the restaurant which fills the place with a horrid stench. Pizza here has good toppings but you'd need a real set of chompers to get through the crust. Actual workers there seem nice enough. Edit: went there yesterday Saturday and the guy there couldn't get anything right. Dude in front of me got both completely wrong pizzas in an order of two pizzas. My pizza came out burnt and all I could taste was charcoal. I asked about this and he made no attempt to right the situation. Tried to ask if there's someone to talk to, he just angrily said "Google". While I was eating, he angrily slammed someone else's drinks on the counter. Think I'm done with Pizza Hut.
The pizza tastes like Mortein, the cockroach spray. For your own safety please believe me. I ordered through Uber eats despite many bad reviews. More fool me. If you have any sense order food somewhere else.
Thanks so much for: 1] helping with our gigantic pizza order and 2] refunding on the fly when we got it wrong at first without question or hesitation and 3] letting us change to delivery at the last second and 4] delivering to our doorstep at the base of a huge office tower with terrible parking and 5] making roasting hot pizzas with insanely good crust packed with heaps of topping even the vegetarian was amazing and 6] also remembering to bring the three different receipts we made you guys generate! Absolutely awesome job guys. We will use you guys every time we do trivia or paint and sip. Made our night! We scoffed down the pizzas so fast I have no pics but here are some happy faces with full bellies!
Amazing Service From Nancy And her Team Pizza Cooked To My Perfection Would Have To Be The Best Pizza From Pizza Hut I Have Ever Had Actually the best pizza I have had in the world from expensive to cheap
I dont know how they put this garlic bread for me. It was burn.
