I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:45 in the evening on Thursday Oct 12 2023. I live 7 minutes from the Oromocto location. The pizza arrived at 8:35. VERY LATE AND COLD. Obviously cold !!!! I would have received it an hour earlier if I ordered it from Fredericton ! I have seen some bad service in the food industry in the past but this is completely unexceptionable and unprofessional. Never again will I waste hard earned money on them.
I'm 2.2km away but delivery costs $10 because apparently they must use actual taxi's for delivery. $10 for 2.2km is freaking insane, I don't care how expensive gas is or how much inflation is going on, that much for that little distance plus another $15-$17+ there's no prices on their website for a 12 inch pizza makes no sense. Pizza is amazing and Pizza Twice has particularly good pizza but any pizza at these prices is robbery. You're better off getting a frozen pizza for $7 at the grocery store.
I ordered a regular Donair for the first time from this place, and I must say it was the BEST Donair I've ever tasted and I've had donairs just about everywhere.
Asked for their 24 by 24 all meat pizza with an extra topping and was told that I could only have the five toppings that were already on the pizza. Extra toppings are an extra cost so no excuses not to put it on. So I end up without the extra topping. Pick up my pizza and get home only to fine the dough was not fully cooked. I hope someone else brings out pizza this size so I don't have to no back to them.

Ordered a 2 vegetable topping pizza. Actually had 1 piece of banana pepper on some slices, very minimal amount of toppings all together. Don’t have garlic dip, never heard of a pizza shop that doesn’t. Sauce is tastes like presidents choice. Cheese just falls right off. And they forgot the dip. It’s better than pizza pizza but that’s a very low bar.
Will never go back to this location. My Uncle's and I came in a little late, but still over half an hour before closing on a Friday night. They tried to come up with excuses as to why we couldn't get any pizza that late, and then just decided to go ahead and do it. They were friendly and took the order, but rushed the pizza. The dough was raw I'm parts and the wings were actually undercooked and we had to toss them in the oven at home. We also had to cook the pizza a bit more ourselves. I understand wanting to leave exactly at the end of your shift, but I've worked in the service industry and sometimes your there a tad longer. We were really polite about it and apologized for coming in that late but they were open when nothing else in town was.
Girl on the phone was rude. Sighed every time I asked a simple question. No prices posted on line so how else am I to know? Took an hour and 15 min for it to be delivered and arrived with all toppings on one side. Worst pizza in town.
Terrible team at pizza twice, have ordered for 2 weeks and the service to base is probably the lowest priority, averaging an hour and 20 minutes for my orders. When asked about it staff just said the driver had it and hung up; as far as customer service goes they don't care, probably because of their monopoly on the area.
Always good pizza at a very decent price! Their Christmas special is fantastic! Only complaint would be when waiting for the pizza the enterence restaurant part has no heat on. So we had to wait in our car to keep warm.
