We ordered at 6:08 it is now 7;47 pm and no one is able to give me an explanation as to why it is taking so much time, one person told my husband that it is normal that it takes so long, and when I called the gentleman told me it may take another 1/2 hour, obviously they forgot my order. We order very frequently at that restaurant in Terrebonne and never had so much trouble before, you may just have lost a very good customer.
As usual, the service was very enjoyable. I ordered because of one day, I wanted one pizza and I came out with wings, 3 pizza, nuggets.. it made my night. And again, Salvatore didn’t disappoint
This is not real pizza it's like frozen pizza is disgusting
My experience is definitely different from many reviews here, maybe because of the new owner that I found very polite with excellent service. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was yummy, don’t miss their fries with an amazing shape and taste!
I ordered a simple poutine with chicken popcorn. I only notice when I get home that there’s no chicken popcorn. I go back to tell them and they never once apologized nor try to compensate, they only added the chicken popcorn. By the time I get home the second time it is cold, dry and barely has any sauce. I am very disappointed, never going back!
