I gave the counter attendant who was clearly in a very busy spell my name, and waited. 20 minutes later after the orders had been cleared, I was left with no pizza. My online order didn't work tonight for some reason, maybe my fault, I'm not sure. The other person behind the counter realized this. I was tired, it was the end of a 12 hour day. I said don't worry about it, I'll just grab fast food. He said can you give me 5 minutes? I agreed. 7 minutes later, no lie, I had my food. And it was free of charge for the mixup. It was beyond delicious. This act of kindness made me a customer for life. Thank you and kudos to this kind man who made my night turn completely around.
Try to place an order 2 hours before closing time had issues with system not allowing me to select pay on delivery option decided to call store to explain was told i would be charged an additional $10 to have same order placed over phone. After explaining this to me employer hung up so i assumed that the order was still placed at no fault to me after waiting for nearly 45 minutes food hasn’t arrived so i called back and he said that there was any order confirmed even though i received a confirmation it wasnt I try to place the same order again using ny debit card 40 minutes before closing time they took my money then called me to tell me my order cannot be delivered
Ordered food at 5:12pm for delivery estimate was 5:50-6:00pm I called at 6:12pm for an update person said driver was on the way almost an hour later food still not here. I called back and person stated this time it's on the way for real. I still havent received my food 2 hours later.nnUpdate food arrived 3 hours later cold and burnt.nnFinal update, Customer Service were fast and very nice do deal with the complaint.nnI will give this place another chance. Not the delivery thought.
I ordered wings pizza and pop on Friday for delivery. Was told there were no wings so I asked for a refund. When the driver came he also had no pop and instead of my money back he gave us a $10 gift card. I’ll never eat here again. Usually bad service but that really topped it. Paid $43 for just a medium pizza.
Update!nnA representative Territory Director from Salvatore contacted me personally. He was absolutely excellent. After speaking with him, I am confident that my previous experience will not be repeated. Very impressed that customer satisfaction is taken this seriously. Thanks so much Evan: Looking forward to my next Salvatore pizza!nnOriginal Comment below...nnPerhaps the most disappointing pizza I have ever had. Dry--if there was sauce it must have dried up in the oven. Cheese? Nope. Pretty sure someone forgot to put the cheese on this one. Seriously, it was like something you would make as a prank. I have had Salvatore before, and it was good enough to order again. But this time? I wouldn't risk getting another one of these. I am sorry that I had to post this publicly, I would have preferred a comment section on the website--but one doesn't seem to exist. An attempt to speak with staff at the store was met with blank stares and shrugged shoulders...
