I came in after work, took a pizza with pepperoni, it only had to be warmed up, I waited 10 minutes, because the cashiers were on the phone and in the computer, they were bursting and did not have time to servenRecommendations to the director! Good pizza, dough and vegetables are very fresh. Good taste. Recommend to all visit this shop. Thank you
The food is below average and employees don’t know how to deal with customers. I had ordered two large pizza’s cooked well done but those were not even lightly done and when i asked that it’s not cooked as we have ordered the girl came from behind and told me thats the maximum we can cook. I ask if they were unable to serve food as per customer demand why were they taking the order.
The food was OK, but the customer service was extremely poor. It was my initial and final experience at the store. I prioritize excellent customer service, as it's integral to the success of any business. The responsibility lies with the owner to adequately train the staff before they interact with customers.nDisappointed
We ordered pizza last night.. the pizza was not cooked properly.. the toppings were just sitting on the top.. looks like they through a whole bunch of coriander on top.. we called last night they said call in the morning.. and in the morning the person who picked the call was so rude and unprofessional. Not recommended this place.. wastage of money
