Recently I visited Pizza Pizzeria and it was my friend's birthday but unfortunately i was running late from my work so i missed to buy a cake but luckily pizza pizzeria's manager was on the desk so i shared my problem with him and he decided to make special birthday pizza which was first time in my life to see pizza with birthday wish letters. The best thing about all this was manger gave me this pizza complimentary with my order.when i presented this pizza to my friend he was astonishined and there were tears of happiness in his eyes. Once again i would recommend pizza pizzeria's birthday special pizza.
Worst experience ever through a delivery Usually don’t go into depth about these reviews but this was my worst experience with a restaurant. I was pretty optimistic about this place since it had good reviews, so I decided to try it, here’s a timelime of things that went through on August 14th: 10:10 PM - Order a butter chicken and naan for delivery, the rep on the phone asks me if i have cash since they don’t have a debit machine. I told them that I don’t, they respond back that they will sort out a machine 10:21 PM - Get a call from the manager asking me to order my food online through their website to some random address he gave me, and pay using my credit card online, and that they’ll just deliver the food to my address instead. I told them I’m not comfortable with that, and to just send a debit machine with the delivery driver as they had originally mentioned. 11:01 PM - Get a call from the delivery driver, who says he’s outside. I go outside, there’s no one. I call the driver, and apparently he got the wrong address from the store, and is around 25 minutes away from where I live. I tell him the actual address to my place. 11:25 PM - Finally get my food, and it is legitimately not even edible. The naans are so crusty, they might as well be crackers. The butter chicken is more like watered down soup with overcooked dry chicken. 11:46 PM - I call the restaurant to address my issue, they ask me to call the next day instead cause they are too busy at that time. Next Day, August 15th 7:48 PM - I call the restaurant, manager cuts me short, offers to give back less than half of what I had spent the night before, which is ridiculous. I refuse his offer. I recorded videos of the naan cracking up and the soupy butter chicken, but Google only lets me add photos. I hope this helps.
Ordered butter chicken pizza if I could give 10 stars i would! Amazing food.
Very small and oily butter chicken. It was not spicy and no flavour. It cost me $18 for this combo, but it looks like it costs $10. Imagine paying $18 for 5 pieces of chicken? This place is a joke I wouldn't dare try their pizza let alone the disappointment of their indian food.
The pizza was very delicious made by govind bassi. From my own personal experience, I recommend this place based on their customer service, especially when asking customer about which toppings they would like to have on the spot while making the pizza.
We had pizza with paneer toppings. It was delicious and very close to Indian taste. The staff was also very good.Food: 5/5
Shout out to the lady that worked April 8th, 2022 around midnight. She made me some good pizza : I ordered the Greek and the Indian Veggie. The pizzas were cooked thoroughly, and there were enough toppings. Will definitely be back!
They made a special pizza for me out of the menu and it’s delicious. Must visit!
Soo many fake reviews! This place is a must avoid. The 'Naan' is store bought junk! The butter chicken is bland and horrible. Easily the worst Indian food in BC. Yuck!! Oily garbage!
