This review is specifically aimed at the gluten free crust topped with vegan cheese and lots of veggies. I am a relatively new to the vegan lifestyle. I am a big fan of pizza, so I was thrilled to see Pizza Pizza is now offering a gluten free, vegan alternative. I was very impressed with everything about this Pizza. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, the vegan cheese was gooey and delicious and the crust was perfect. I only wish it was larger. Small is not enough. Especially after a good workout. It's not filling at all. In fact it doesn't leave you with a gut full of heavy cheese and crust which is perfect. Medium would be better especially considering the price. Bravo Pizza Pizza, well done!

Franchisee had put a buzzer on the entry door so each time a customer came in it made a noise. If he cannot afford front staff he should figure out a less obnoxious way to alert him in the back. Slices were almost all gone, poor selection, no word that more were in the oven. My Mediterranean vegetarian slice was good but thin on cheese. Franchisee looked like he was cutting corners to make more money or to survive.

Clean enterence, Customer service was good. Lady was very nice and friendly. There was a man behind the counter with no hairnet, hat or uniform that showed he was an employee. Assumed maybe he was just the management. Only major turnoff was it's 11am on a Sunday and place was empty yet both washrooms were disgusting. I keep thinking to myself that the employees have to use this same washroom. If they treat it like this, how do they handle my food in the back? No thank you or goodbye when leaving. Don't expect employees to say goodbye, however if I ran that business I would want my customers to come back. Overall Major turnoff! I always give everyone 5 stars but this place I give 2 and wouldn't be back even if the pizza was free.
