The lady who took my our order was amazing, she was super kind and brought a smile to our faces. The food was also delicious, it tasted fresh and flavourful! The place was clean and homey. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you!
UPDATE... AT ENDnBuyers bewarenI ordered a Snack Box with chicken bites and potato wedges walk in... my first expression is why's the box so light?nI opened it and maybe there was 10 wedges.nI showed it back to the clerk and they told me that this is how it comes.nI told them it's not my first time ordering it at other stores and the box is pretty much full!nAny ways... they made me a small batch of potato wedges.nFinal thoughts is what if this was a delivery order, the buyer would've been under served.nnUPDATEDnA re-visit to the same location, ordering the same item, but mentioning my last experience.nThe explanation was a new staff was in training.nA complementary brownies were given.nI updated the service rating to 5 star.nA new photo is also updatednThank you Pizza Pizza for upping your customer service.

I requested to get my order 1.5 hours out.nnWhen I got to the location on time, I was told they needed 10 more minutes. Was an hour and a half not enough time?nnThis location seems to only employ those who lack the motivation and the skill set to move and work efficiently. For the 20 minutes I spent waiting for my order, the delivery driver made and loaded more pizzas than the 2 other workers who disappeared.... only to reappear to give another customer who had just walked in his order 5 minutes before I got my order.nnI got my order 20 minutes later. Unacceptable!nnFor context, the same delivery driver came in, MADE PIZZAS, loaded up and did this for two trips, while another customer came in and got his order before I got mine.nnNo apology. No reason why it took so long. I was simply handed my order and told me to have a good day. Claiming these guys have poor service would be the understatement of 2025, and it's Jan 11th.nnAside from that, I noticed a private deal, NOT ON THE MENU, that offers to upgrade any pizza to Indian for free. So, any chicken on a pizza is only free if it's indian? Seems discriminatory as only a certain demographic of people would likely order something like that.nnEdit: i should note the 5 star reviews for this location are being left by mostly indian people or people who have visited india and could be potentially still currently residing in india. Aside from a couple, the rest seem written by people who don't actually live in Shelburne or eat here in town ever.
-100. Raw chicken on the spicy chicken pizza. I called customer service and offered to send a replacement or a partial credit. Unacceptable service. Pizza pizza your quality has gone down so much! I wasn’t happy at all with today’s experience. I will probably receive a generic reply to which if I do email them or contact them I’ll get the same response. Not feeling well, after consuming raw chicken!!!
