The reception was on point, I was acknowledged and greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant.nnInitially quoted me the incorrect price for an item and suggested I was referring to a previously available now inactive promotion.nnHowever after politely and briefly reassuring the young gentleman with details and time frames further elaborating of my awareness regarding the menu item and price info. He eventually confirmed my info to be correct and acknowledged his error.nnWhen I received my order the pizza box was opened for my viewing.nI couldn't help but notice what quickly seemed to be a party size box with a pizza that looked much smaller then I've ever seen or received when ordering before.nnI wasn't able to wait for another to be made. Also very near closing time.nAnd I don't like any level of potential conflict.nPersonally don't feel comfortable or confident in people and their handling of my food after I've initially disproved of the first attempted order.nnThe pizza was definitely smaller then intended. If a small size pizza had separately been added to the Party pizza size I order it would have made up for the portion that mysteriously was none existent.nAs well as the pizza was abnormally extremely thin and cut Disproportionately.nHaving no other food options at the time, the pizza was consumed. What little of it was there to eat tasted better then it looked but I was very unimpressed and by no means got my money's worth.nHopefully they support better training and standards However I won't be ordering from that location to ever find out.
My Wife and I picked up a Pizza on the Way Home from a Day Trip. It was A Excellent Pizza. The Pizza Shop is Nice & Clean . Very pleasant Staff. Lots of Parking outside.
I appreciate the late night food but that was the worst pizza ever. What happened you guys used to be good. the large stuffed crust was like thin crust with herbs on it I never ordered and that pepperoni is disgusting not the pepperoni you used to have the sauce tasted funny too
Never again. Ordered delivery, promised 60 mins or free. Driver arrived outside the 60 mins but said it was only a couple minutes over and he was sorry. He told me I had to pay him and call the number for a refund, so I did. Then the customer service told me the driver marked it delivered at exactly 59 minutes on their tracking app so they just go off that- not when it was actually delivered- and that he had called in already to confirm he marked it at 59 minutes.
I was really looking forward to trying the stromboli, I seen it in the pic and finally decided to try one. I really don't eat a lot of pizza. My go to is usually more healthy. Anyhow I didnt even get what I wanted after waiting 15 mins already. I wasn't into correcting the problem. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by giving me a panzorotti it wasn't even that good either
