Terrible customer service. Over baked pizza - not sanitary - making pizza & talking & touching the phone. Staff very ignorant to customers- I returned my 2 Large full pizzas & they refused to refund my order. Awful. The previous owners were more friendly & respectful & put care into their product. Terrible- NEVER ORDERING from the Tottenham location ever again- ***DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I placed an order at 5:21 and expected to arrive at 6:21 or it’s 60 minutes and it’s free. 6:20pm- 1 minute shy of a free order they arrive .After paying, and still leaving a tip, I was then informed that half my order was not ready and only my pizza and drinks were being delivered and I had to wait another 5 minutes for another delivery for the rest of my food. I never received my wings. Contacted customer service, and was only able to receive a $13 CREDIT not refund on a $74 order. This doesn’t even cover the cost of both sets of my wings that didn’t show. Then they stop responding to my emails completely and to contact them when I want my $13 credit. What a joke this place is along with there customer service. Will never order here again.
This place is garbage. I’m also disappointed that I can’t leave less then one star. The DIDNT even knock at out door to deliver my food. And called me at 59min to say they were here, And drove back to store. I phone and would have to wait again for my order and pay. Complete bull$h!t. This isn’t the first time we had issue with customer service
So I ordered an XL 12 slice pizza they cut it into 9 small slices and leave one massive slice.. I ordered cauliflower bites with Buffalo sauce, and popcorn chicken.. but they sauce the chicken bites instead. How hard was it to notice the difference? Seriously not pleased with this place and will never order again. How incompetent. I'll cut my own slices now, and sauce my own cauliflower bites..
I have been ordering from pizza pizza for years, I stopped ordering from pizza pizza for many many years and ordered from this Tottenham location last week. This pizza I had delivered was hands down the best tasting pizza I have ever ordered from pizza pizza in my entire lifetime. I didn’t like pizza pizza until now thanks to this location who did it right.
We had a bad experience about 6 months ago with wrong orders and poor quality, but heard there is now new management so we gave them a go. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizzas were on time and absolutely delicious this time around.Only problem is they don't deliver to us as we are out of delivery radius, but as the quality was great we didn't mind.Manager said once they are up and running properly they will be doing a wider delivery range. Keep up the good work pizza pizza.
Always delicious, always consistent. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location and the staff are very sweet and kind. I’ve been a customer of PizzaPizza for over 40 years and am happy to see that the Tottenham location lives up to the standard they’ve always upheld. Thank you for making delicious food every time.
I’ve never met anyone as cheap and ignorant as Pawan, one of the workers that not only got the order wrong, but when I asked for free dip, instead of just saying no, he went as far as to argue that he had boxes of the dip in the back but not giving me any unless I pay him the 2 dollars. Knowing full well I put my last bit of change in the donation box thinking the dip comes free. Its fine if you want to cheap out on dip after we made a large order, but leave your arrogance at home
The girl taking orders don’t know how to talk and behave with customers , hire some good staff who should know how to talk with customers .
The pizza's arrive extremely quick, usually in 20 mins or so and it really doesn't matter what time of day you order them they'll always be on time as per the delivery time scheduled online. The food itself is as you would expect from pizza pizza and usually pretty good. Delivery drivers are always polite and happy to hand over your order. friendly staff and excellent pick up service too.
