Definitely could use some improvements, the store was very dirty and staff is not the most friendly but do get their job done. I had an issue with an order, instead of fixing it right away, they argued with me. I don't mind, since I know it can be frustrating to work in fast food but they can do better. Good luck to management.

Great takeout pizza at a reasonable price. It took about 15 minutes for them to be ready. Large choice of toppings and specials. They also have soft drinks available. The restaurant is clean. They have one unisex bathroom which is clean. Lots of seating available. Seems more people like to takeout than eat inside.
The pizza is great and so is the poutine. The wings taste good but the breaded ones weren't cooked enough.Food: 4/5

Worst customer service ever have ever expressed in Canada , No respect for customers and rude behavior and the guy refused to use gloves and said we never use gloves and never give special treatment to a customer, he was so rude that we even said take refund and can’t do all what we are asking for, we had few people in group with allergies and no for them as well, I strongly recommend never ever get pizza from this store.
went there to eat,but was disappointed because the food was quite mediocre and the quesadilla didnt contain any steak. i talked with staff and they rejected to return it for one with more steak and were quite mean and ignorant. I love steak, but these disgraces need to accept my love! 50 minute wait .
Pickup was ready 10 minutes after their guaranteed ready time and the customer service refused to honor the free pizza offer. The guys tells me its ready, but 5 minutes later i still don't have my pizza. Why give a guarantee if you won't honor it? UPDATE Sept 2020 - 1 month later. Over 8000 people have seen this, so everyone should know the facts. As per requested from customer service, I emailed a copy of my receipt, but they never apologized for the poor service and never honoured the free pizza guarantee. I added a screenshot of the email and receipt as proof. I like to say "A fish stinks from the head".
Forgot my pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza and did not want to replace it! Horrible service on the phone! Not recommended at all.
