Burnt pizza. Contacted pizzapizza and on a 20 dollar order I was offered 10 dollars for something that wasn't edible. Customer service was severely lacking and the quality was disgusting. Do not recommend. Quality is atrocious and customer service is terrible, order from anywhere else, this company does not care about quality nor do they care about their customers. Go to Dominos or something.
I would rate them zero. We ordered large thin crust pizza and waited 50 minutes for that and after waiting got medium pizza instead and it was super thin and crust was so hard and when we showed the pizza to the lady working there she was giving $4 back as a refund for $16 large pizza. When we refused to accept the $4 refund that lady told us customers can never be satisfied and she was so rude. Instead of apologizing she was arguing. Worst pizza store I’ve ever visited

Whoever closes here on weekend is rude and messed up my whole order. I ordered pizza with 3 different toppings and he was rude and gave me a medium pepperoni & sauce for 19$. Should hire people who know how to treat people with respect.
I visited there several times there services were brilliant all the time. They guys are so hard working and their customer services are soo fast and take less time to prepare oder. I have ordered for pick up late night yesterday as i did feel like no one care for customer. Making food with busy on call because of all these the guy made us great over cooked pizza with i have spend $25 for small pizza. Worst place n service ever had gotten. Never ll be back.
Horrible customer service. The lady working here Rekha I believe was so miserable and was being an absolute nightmare and condescending to the cashier maybe her son. Pizza came and there was lots of sauce and little to no cheese. Also our order one large pizza took 40 minutes to come and people that came after us were being served first. Avoid if you can.
Great taste with a lot of food variety to choose from and highly efficient and quick customer service.
It was worst ever pizza We patiently waited for 1 hour to get 1 large pizza. Then we got medium pizza instead uncooked and toppings added unevenly and edges hard as brick Cashier lady was hell rude/ no regards for customers. Said she won’t refund money for Pizza I won’t recommend anyone going to this pizza place ever.. WORST !!!!!!
Been here a few times. Generally always the same. There are better late night locations around. Calzone was very burnt. Got stiffed on the poutine.. container was only half full, and there were more cheese curds than fries.. definitely not worth $8 if that's how it's made. Flavor was alright though. Guy at the counter was friendly.
