I've been ordering my pizza here for years, easily the best pizza pizza I've had. Tonight I went for a walk-in slice of pizza and while waiting for them to heat it up there was a cockroach crawling along the glass. I told him I didn't want the pizza anymore and would not be ordering from there anymore. The guy refunded my money and just left the cockroach there. Needless to say one star at most
Rude! Said hello, several times, gut just looks at me, then I said how's your day still no response. He Said hi to everyone before and after me, maybe it was the poppy I wear can't explain anything else. Being a 4th Generation restaurateur I cam assure you it's important to be polite to your customers

absolutely delicious !! we always head to this pizza pizza when we're craving a panzo... SO good! they've always been generous with the toppings too!
This place used to be great. I don't know what happened in the past few months. My last TWO orders wings were missing, pizza was burnt and drivers did not follow delivery instructions. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second times to get it sorted out. The first time it even took two additional deliveries before our order was complete. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but after shorting us the same amount of wings twice, it's intentional.
Their staff are very friendly and generous on pizza toppings
