It was very bad experience at the Pizza Pizza store. We wait for half n hour for 2 half moon and we got no cheese on it. It was like the employ was not interested in his job. Also we ordered creamy garlic souce based pizza with veggies and again the souce was invincible I mean we eat that pizza without any souce. I would not recommend to go their. The other pizza pizza store are much better than this one.
The person at the counter tried to overcharge me a cauliflower crust pizza displayed as 14.49 including 2 vegetables but he tried to charge me 18.99 for the same pizza and when I pointed out to the price displayed above he said it’s just for the crust and does not include veggies. When I asked again he said he made a mistake and magically the price for reduced to displayed price. Weird !
We left the bars early specifically to try this pizza. That was a horrible mistake. The smell of the marinara sauce was so egregiously terrible that we could not eat it. I would rather eat a week old 7/11 pizza than this. Do not make our same mistake
I ordered fried panzerotti and they gave me baked.. when i asked that i ordered fried, they said they dont fry , they just bake. I said why did you put an option of fried on uber. They refused to answer and said ask uber. I said dont tell me who to ask. You are the restaurant, you shouldnt put option of fried . That false advertising. The old man at front slammed his hand on counter and said dont ask us anything. He was very rude
The best pizza pizza I ever had. First of all the services and the manager was very kind and amazing. The food was delicious. And the place was very clear. Everything perfect!Recommended dishesChick'n Sandwich, Creamy Garlic, Pizza, Garlic
I visit this specific restaurant location on a routine basis and I am always very happy with the customer service and consistency of the food. Due to limited in-store space, I have never preferred dining in therefore cannot comment on that.
This guy at the front counter was very friendly , I don’t know his name but he help us a lot also the taste of the pizza was amazing , give a try guys
Staff don't even know the difference between their regulae chicken bites and their gluten free ones. DON'T ORDER THE GF ONES IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE
I have ordered pizza today, it was under cooked, then I called customer care as a result of it got another replacement pizza, thanks for the quick action by customer care but this time it was over cooked and roasted too much.
Extremely, and I mean extremely, unfriendly cashier who took my order. I asked exactly one question, and it already felt like they were dying to pick a fight with me. They didn't even understand my question and kept replying the same irrelevant answer. I am more polite to strangers than this person was to their customer. They didn't even bother not frowning, let alone putting on a smile :/ The pizza quality was mediocre, and my box came with some lovely stains on the bottom probably some sort of dressing.
