Ok pizza. They use good ingredients, but I’m just not a fan of this thin rust or the deep dish. I would eat it again, but it will not be the first to come To mind when ordering pizza. To me the crust was crispy and tasted like a totinos pizza crust. So much topping the dough was raw underneath. Even on just a small which is big enough for two possibly three. If my review was helpful please like and follow me please!
For my dollar it’s consistently the best chain pizza in our area. We don’t get it often. Where other pizza places and restaurants haven’t bounced back from Covid or can’t keep good help, this chain ‘hangs in’. Haven’t had bad experience yet. Both the thin crust and deep dish are very similar to Chicago style. If you don’t like Chicago style pizza, or never had it, there some differences to what is made around here. Give it a shot.
Solid pizza, well cooked, taste was on point. However, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Been here a couple times and flies seem to be an issue. Dirty plates sitting by the trash cans for a long time. Trash on the floors, trash overflowing in the restroom. Parking: Onsite parking is available. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp directly in front of the building.
Food was just okay. Was expecting it to have the same good taste as the one in Greektown but it did not. We dined in, were the only people dining in, and the pizza was brought to us lukewarm. Not hot like it just came out of the oven. We waited about 35-45 minutes for our order and I'm thinking that the food was ready a little bit before that. Also...tomato slices were thicker than even on burgers. Maybe they were just having a bad day.
We ordered an hour and a half before close, but wasn’t able to pick it up until 9pm on the dot. The staff was friendly, and the pizza is beyond beautiful. 10/10
The pizza was amazing,not as good as in Chicago but no many places in Michigan you can get it,I will agree with some reviews that it’s doughy but you can just ask for well done it’s on there app, I put it in my air fryer when I got home and 2X better with the crisp, would recommend but get it well done
Best hot wings I've had in a long time at a good price the pizza was good not great. I think it needed a little more sauce. The service was pretty good but they're lying if they tell you a small pizza won't feed two people. We got a medium they said it would feed three or four but I think it would have fed at least six to eight LOL all and all it was still a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone if you like deep dish Chicago-style pizza!
I have only had rio wraps, it is always good, cheap but good mexican food in a pizza place, who'd thunk it, enchiladas are always goodFood: 5/5
This was our first visit to this location and our 2nd visit to a PizzaPapalis ever. We had an awesome experience from the moment we walked in the door, Nikki was very patient while we decided on what to order, answered all of our questions, etc... the food was delicious and very filling, I only really have one complaint... did you really have to make the garlic cheese sauce so addictive? Anyways, sorry I got sidetracked, we will definitely be back, thanks for a great meal and great service.
