Pizza Nova

Ordered 2 pizza for walk in and requested well done crispy pepperoni. Pizza was not cooked well, when I picked up a slice it flopped over and pepperoni was not even cooked. Crust was basically bread not proper Pizza dough and was frozen pizza quality. Now I remember why I stopped getting pizza nova. It was my go to for years and quality changed and stopped getting it but got it because someone with me wanted it. Never again. Garlic bread tasted stale. Very disappointing.

I hate leaving a bad review, I really do. However, this case I just can't hold my tongue... I received my pizza on time, order was correct, and the pizza was warm that was all fine. As a former food service worker, I can't turn a blind eye to the quality. It's one thing to be frustrated about a late night order, but this just felt like it was taken out on the customer. The pizza dough was completely ripped up on my Hawaiian pizza. I mean, one of the slices was literally in 2 pieces because there was a giant hole in it. I've worked for a pizza place before, dough rips sometimes, but that's when you start over with a new piece of dough, you don't just try to cover up your MASSIVE tear in the dough with cheese and toppings. Furthermore, when it arrived, I was very polite to the delivery person... who really seemed annoyed with me for even giving them business. Again, I understand it's frustrating to receive an order close to the end of your shift, but I honestly would have felt better if they had have just turned down my request, rather than give me a pizza that was ripped to shreds with a poor attempt to cover up their mistake. Never had something like this happen before.

Honestly one of the best Pizza Nova pizza's I've ever had. Not sure of the other negative reviews but June 10th was incredible and done properly.

Very busy location yet they always provide exceptional and quick service. Fresh selection of slices and quality of food is second to none. Best pizzeria in the city hands down. 5/5 across the board.

Just went there with family to relax and enjoy the evening with some pizza we felt so uncomfortable with the pathetic cashier who was busy watching a football match on his phone and did not even dare to look and listen to our order. He was so arrogant as if we were disturbing him. We asked for some vegetarian stuff he suggested wings!!! Unbelievable!!!
