People are rude. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I have to complaint many times for my pizza. Today I got literally cold pizza and then I called Pizza Hut he said your pizza is not cold. We will not provide you a new pizza. I was talking with him politely, then he suddenly got mad at me and said 'F*** Off'

Doesn't give 50 percent off on the second small pizza. Even though all their advertising eliminates only the personal pan pizzas. Tried complaining online and it goes straight to pg pizza hut. Who then reply with a 10 percent off coupon and do not address any of your complaint. Unrelated last night I was at a buddys (Tuesday). It took an hour for his pizza which was delivered on one side of the pizza box, literally! What a mess. The only reason I give them one star is because I like their greasy over priced food. 😊
