For some reason navigation maps and apps always show incorrect for my address and lead people to the opposite town of me,as soon as the manager figured this out she called back,i asked her to meet me at the local post office so it would be easier on both of us,she met me immediately and apologized for the delay,saw i was walking with a cane and demanded i let her give me a ride home not only because of my cane but because she wanted to get my address programmed in correctly,She apologized up and down for the inconvenience and gave me my food for free because of the long delay beforehand. I rarely write reviews as i rarely encounter people as nice as her. I just wish i asked her name as i am sorta (out of it at the moment from an asthma attack) and was unable to think properly. But it is really refreshing to be met with such a respectable nice person and good customer relations in a day and age where customer relations is usually pretty bad. Thank you wonderful manager lady who made my day. Will never order from your competition again.

The cinna sticks are eh but the icing is like water... do NOT buy cinna sticks if you have eaten dominos before, you will be disgusted

This is easily the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been at. Just to be clear, this is not a one time experience...this is about 10-15 times over the past 6 months. The service has been good, nothing to complain about. It’s just the food that sucks. The pan and handtossed pizzas are undercooked. The middle is always soggy, barely cooked, cheese vaguely melted. Thin crust is like a brick, overcooked, and stiff. What makes this worse, is that they never put enough sauce on the pizza! I even order extra sauce, and I still get a bone dry pizza, with a slight hint of sauce on the very edge. I have asked them to correct this on my orders (i.e., add lots of extra sauce, please cook until the cheese is browned in the middle, etc). It never changes. I’ve ordered wings on occasion, and one time there was the equivilent of one taco bell sauce pack in the entire container. There must be a sauce shortage here, or something. So, if you want to order pizza or wings from here, you would be best going somewhere else. I know that choices are slim in Ponderay and Sandpoint, but having this quality of Pizza Hut is just twisting the knife in the wound.

I was given the wrong order, but was happily refunded AND given the correct pizza. Very nice staff. Busy as hell, but all of the employees were working hard for the customers. I'll definitely come back. The the integrity of the manager Breann and everyone working here really impressed me.

I'm sitting here right now....waited 10 minutes for the drink order to be taken, food was great but waitress never came back to ask how we were doing, refill drinks, or see if we needed anything. I've been waiting almost 20 minutes for the check...and the waitress is sitting in the back. And the place is only half full at best
