People are the best. Very good service. However the food has deteriorated to very inferior quality. Very unfortunate. No black olives. No green olives. Really almost no cheese in stuffed crust. I do not know what the chef or owner think! Is the quality of Pizza Hut going down the deain or is someone trying to run this location out of business. This quality was not Pizza Hut and unfortunately although the people here are extremely nice and friendly, the food was cheap dough on minimum cheeze and pretend to have toppings! I will never waste my money at this location again. They must lose their franchize because they are destroying the brand's image 100 percent. As if the competition is running this branch to ground.
Very good pizza if you order the regular as the ones in special bundles have nothing on them. I love the buffet, just wish it also worked weekends as the restaraunt is empty anyways. Order the Super Supreme with thin crust and extra bacon. Yum.
I am being frank here, this is only for the in restaurant service. I usually go there for the buffet between 11:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Usually the service is good, the pizza is hot, if one is eaten up they replace with a fresh one rather quickly. If you are very hungry, want a good bite to eat in a more adult environment, this is a good place to go to.
The pizza is always as good as it ever was and also ordered cheese covered bread stick that comes with a tomato dipping sauce. I ordered by phone to pick-up myself because Pizza Hut Terrebonne does not deliver to Mascouche that doesn't have a Pizza Hut.
Was ok waiting 35 mins for the pizza and there was 2 clients in the resto. There style of music on a Friday night at 8pm was the radio and ppl talking. Kind of wired Food was alright nothing spectacular.
Pizza is good but service is crap... Called for time on my way there no one answered the phone. I called once I arrived to see if maybe there phone wasn't working.... Guess what... Phone rang and no one came to the phone and answer... Very bad customer service
We had the pizza Buffet..food was hot & good and fresh....its ok to eat every few months...but not every week..staff was fast..very friendly people...it was good..thanks..
orders never come on time.. I ordered my pizza at noon and it's now an hour later and I still have not received it.. .. why give a delivery time when it never come at the time ...very upset.!! and starving..
I order online to this pizzahut and call them after an HOUR of waiting! they told me they had made a mistake and had to redo the order. So 30 more minutes of waiting.
Took a long time to be delivered. As well the should ask a kids for tips. Took 6$ of tips in a order of 14$ seriously i have no words.
