They are rude with no good customer service & the food the same as the service, l wouldn't recommend ordering there too anymore.
Don't recommend getting delivery from here as they can't deliver to the top of dragon lake hill, not that far away from the location itself, why offer a service if you can't follow through with it.
Our family got food poisoning from our order. Not sure if it was the pizza, wings or pasta. The local store wasn’t very friendly and dismissive of our concern about about the food causing illness. The Management was very arrogant and didn’t want to talk with us. We had to call corporate to talk to somebody with any concern about the food getting my family sick. We really enjoys Pizza Hut but this experience will insure we will never eat at the Quesnel location again.
Always fresh, and I always get my food nice and hot. The Wings Street has been a nice addition. They really pull it off.

I ordered Cala one, minimal fillings top was burnt. They sent a gluten free crust with my pizza. When reheated the crust wasn't good. Chicken wings undercooked. Long time for delivery. Two out of four.
Usually get decent pizza. Not this time. Cold, super salty hardly any cheese and no tomato sauce to speak of. Definately wasn't fresh. Dissapointed. I even waited an hour.
Ordered a 100 bucks worth of food, which included a large portion of about 50 wings. The wings were cooked but no sauce was put on them. Just dry cooked, sauce less wings. It’s seems intentional because it is difficult to make such a mistake…
Delivery 7.3 km away was just to far from them for delivery. I even offered to pay a extra delivery charge. Ended up getting Heavy Ds pulled pork. Delicious and fast delivery. If it wasn't for Pizza Huts lousy delivery I wouldn't have had such a good meal from Heavy Ds so they get 2 stars and not 1
