Every time I order online it says my order was delivered 20 minutes before I call them. They always say it’s on the way and then I wait about 25 minutes before it arrives
Outstanding. First time trying this local hut, and it was incredible for a few reasons: 1. Tons of toppings...not just dropped on top but layered. 2. Arrived quickly and pipping hot, had to wait for it to cool down a bit even! 3. I must've accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, but I called them, and the order was already on the way, but they corrected it for me still. 4. Despite ordering the wrong thing, and correcting it, they gave me both what I ordered AND the mistake. 5. Very kind and polite driver. 10/10 will get my business again.

Ignored by staff for several minutes before being served. Cheese was so thick that the meat topping was uncooked. We have been pretty ill after eating only a small amount.
There's not much open at Sechelt after 9pm on a Tuesday night so we opted for pizza from here. We called in our order and we picked up a Triple treat deal which is pretty good value. I would highly recommend the butter chicken pizza on a thin slice pizza - it was very tasty and full of toppings. Our other pizzas were also generous with toppings. The chicken bites were juicy and tender. We literally have not eaten at Pizza for some time as have been disappointed ordering it on the mainland but this experience is making us change our mind about Pizza Hut
Pros - they were open on christmas eve and they had almost all types of stuff. Cons - they didn't have Hawaiian pizza on a normal week day and felt like they were always short staffed. Overall it's pretty good and I would come back again if given a chance.
Alot of communication issues, I actually had to show the clerk how to use their own debit machine last time. Otherwise it's just OK. Giving it 2 stars is generous really
Ordered a large Supreme a few days ago. I am not a regular customer of Pizza Hut. When I got the pizza home and served it to the family, everyone was asking if this pizza was previously frozen.. The cheese topping was dark brown, but the green peppers and onions were un cooked.. How is this possible with a fresh pizza? I certainly will not order again as there are non franchised pizza restaurants in my area that are worlds ahead of Pizza Hut quality from the Sechelt location. A costly mistake on my part.
