Friendly service -Pizza good but dough was slightly too doughy for a seasoned Pizza Hut advocate -Wings - boneless amazing!!! -Tables were clean enough but more than one could have been wiped down as they had crumbs, etc 3 p.m. not prime lunch or dinner hour -Washrooms clean
I have to update my previous review. We went to this restaurant again today. Same friendly service, and excellent food. Great buffet for $9.00. Awesome. I highly recommend this place. I met two cooks there today. Very kind, friendly, and hard working! Very friendly service. The moment we walked in the door a gentleman greeted us with a friendly smile and great mannerisms. We decided to wait outside for the rest of our party, and when we returned a young woman greeted us with just as much eager to wait on us. All employees were friendly. Wait staff, kitchen staff, and I believe it may have been the manager or owner there as well. Awesome service, food, and prices. And, they had Cinnabon’s. Yes! The authentic ones!
Preface this by saying we did not go in or get food. However called the restaurant to try and find out what they had gluten free, and after about 15 minutes had to give up. They could confirm they had a gluten free dough in small only, however when I tried to ask what toppings were gluten free, they asked me what I meant, couldn’t confirm if any were gluten free and then told me they were all gluten free. Would love if someone could tell us what the actual options are for gluten free.

It's Okey, but it's no ma and pa pizza shop. Toppins are very thin. Do take out now and again, but not a 4 or 5 star more of a 3.5 at best
Couldn't give 0. The worst experience at a pizza hut store. Unable to order online. The website says this store is unavailable. The moment entered the store and said "I haven't ordered online and need to order", the response from the store is "it will take more than 1 hour". No courtesy. I'm not here to get a free meal. The store may be super busy. But, there is a way to deal with customers. Shame on Pizza hut. This is not the way you treat customers.
The lady, Maria Eriz, taking order was rude and not bothered. She did not even tell us about the combos available, we were lucky enough to find one on a banner on the inside side window. No dine in yet when all other restaurants in the plaza were open for dine in. A more friendly staff is needed.
I have rewritten this review multiple times, trying not to get into a rant.... We love pizzahut. This location is beyond terrible.... the orders are never correct, often missing things that were paid for or orders are just plain wrong!!! The staff are dismissive and don't care!!! Over a dozen orders in the past year and not 1 order has been correct.... so frustrating. Complete waste of time. Check your order before you leave the restaurant!!
