Absolutely amazing customer experience. They noticed a mistake on my order after the driver had already returned from the delivery. Before I had even noticed there was an issue the driver had returned with a new item to replace the mistake. Amazing service!! Great leadership!!
Update: Several disappointing expenditures in a row calls for a review update. No value for money here.Think before you drop $40 on 2 medium pizzas. The Wednesday promotion being cancelled means even less value for customers.

Asked for what specials are on they said nothing and I spent 25$ on a medium pepperoni pizza than a lady after said they have pizzas of the day and bought 2 large supremes for 20$, super scam my and unprofessional to not give me the affordable option
Service was good, attentive. Second person, very good attitude. Pizza was to be double cheese, maybe it was. Double mushroom was not. Cust was good. Overall, pizza was not worth the dollar value. We needed a fast lunch, other pizza closed til 2pm. Not what I remember Pizza Hut to be. Quality way down from 1980s. I think they need a trainer to go to all Pizza Huts from Head Office.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE Don't wasted your money or time here just go to FREE TOPPING PIZZA by foodland. This place is so in organized and disgusting. I was missing wings in my order, and waited over and hr for them to arrive with no refunds at all. the staff are rude. If you order in the restaurant expect to wait a good 10 minutes untill the staff stop chatting in the back and decided to take your order. The inside of the place is so filthy the floors are greasy and the chairs are covered in crumbs. There is obviously no care for good customer service here at all. They either need new management or all new staff

Lakefield pizza hut dissapoints once again A few weeks ago we ordered a 3 pack meal, supposed to have boneless bites, get home 30 minute drive and no boneless bites. They offer to deliver then when I gave my address said they couldn't deliver to my address so they gave me a measly $7 discount my order was well over $40 Tonight, order a pan pizza, get it home and the thing is barely cooked! Sloppy dough. When I walked in all 8 of the under 20 year old staff were standing around the counter debating racism vs bias, so I guess they were in a rush to get my pizza done to get back to their intellectual conversation. Won't waste my time calling for a $2 discount on my $25 order. Someone from head office needs to get this location under control!
