Great service! I came at closing because I got off work late and they made me a pizza at closing time! Google hours were incorrect, the website and hours posted were until Friday and Saturday midnight, and I showed up at about 00:05, VERY IMPRESSED!! Thanks so much for the above and beyond customer service! They said it was because they don't like to see anyone leave hungry, this service is a rarity, and completely appreciated! Please check their website for correct hours of operation; Sunday to Thursday until 23:00 Friday, Saturday until 00:00 Pizza is hot, fresh and delicious! Thanks again Smithers Pizza Hut!
I ordered a small pizza for my 6 year old and they gave me gluten free crust that was rock hard and burnt. I brought it back and asked for them to make me a regular crust one as that is what I ordered. The man there Manveen told me that was all they has in a small. I told him I would pay for a medium regular one. He charged me FULL price and charged my card for the small as well. I asked for the refund for the small and he refused to give it to me. So I got charged for a small GF pizza and a medium one but only got the medium. $40 something dollars because of their mistake. So sad
Thank you for great service and yummy chicken Alfredo pasta, salad and cheesy breadsticks. When I asked for 2 receipts, the gentleman carefully removed the sticker so it wouldn't rip apart. Thank you.
Easy place to get to and the place overall is great, though 20 bucks for a large pizza is too much especially when a panago pizza is 14 for a large. Other then that its quite good 5 bucks for a medium makes up for the price on the large but its still quite hard to get behind. Their delivery service is really good and the workers are all really nice, all and all this place is great for a family but one person not really.
Ordered the Chicken Caesar because it was the fri. special, won't be doing that again, Caesar is a salad not a pizza. That's what you get when trying to save a few bucks. I was not able to order the special over the phone but could order it online or over the counter, when I asked why she hung up on me, ??? Not slagging the place, I like the basic Canadian, their ordering system is goofy and again caesar should be a salad.
When the pizza is cooked to a nice golden its great. But much of the time the cheese is soft and thick and the crust is cooked, but not that great crispy pan crust you expect.
From start to delivery. Perfect from the lady on the phone to the lady delivering my, how do you call it? Massive package meal! And they are open late. Great job Pizza Hut!
We ordered a panormous pizza that "is so big it never ends". The picture on the site makes it look pretty big too. It wasn't enough to feed 4 ten year olds that had already been snacking. It was the equivalent of two smalls. To boot, it was $30. After all that the pizza was disgusting. Panago and chatters will be getting my money from now on.
This is BUY FAR the worst experanece Iv had at a food establishment. This person working the front desk had no clue what he was doing. I walked in to the store wanting pizza for my 4 year old and my wife. as I walked in I asked to use the washroom as my so had to go really bad. so bad he was pacing back and forth. I asked to use the washroom and the man at the front said that I would have to order first. I had no problem with that so I ordered. after I ordered I asked can we use the washroom now. he said to me that we couldn't due to the water been off and can't due to safety reasons that the water will be on in about 15 mins. I got mad and asked for my money back then basically he refused to give me my money back. I took my son back out side to my wife to take him to the washroom at the gas station. I went back into the shop where I said calmly to the man That I wanted to talk to the manager. he handed me the phone where I talked to someone maybe the manager... they offered me a couple bottles of water what a dick. I told he all I want is my money back! the man finally gave me my money back then I left. my words were Thank you!!!! This place should be shut down and boycotted. In what world do we treat children like this ?
Went to order pizza and the hours say they close at 10:45 pm it's 10:25pm and I could not order delivery. False hours of operation not impressed
