DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU INTEND TO ORDER LATER AT NIGHT! Wife, and I decided to order some Pizza Hut because they have amazing food. We ordered take out, and immediately got a call asking if we wanted to cancel our order because they had no drivers available. We said yes, and asked for a refund, and now are waiting three to five business days to get our money back because they didn't have the foresight to put on their website that they couldn't take any delivery orders since they had no drivers. Do not waste your time, and order somewhere else.

Worst location ever!! never open!! but website says open for years! always disappointing when I order from them is they’re closed on any day of the week.. not even weekends ! wth? wish another location would open in West K!! other than that pizza is always good and hot they’re just not reliable to be open more than half the time you call
Every pizza hut has unfortunately gone straight off a cliff and the food is not only below sub par but the service is spotty. Almost like they keep the phone lines hooked up for the appearance that they're opened for business but actually very rarely actually have food.
Grabbed some pizza. Went back to the vehicle and it wouldn't start. Delivery driver walks over tells me to pop the hood. Quick boost later and I was off to enjoy my delicious food.
Honest Review Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was drenched in grease, was not edible. I had to drive back to the store because I initially ordered delivery and complain, they couldn’t give me a refund but offered me a free pizza on my next order. I didn’t like it but I accepted and didn’t order from them in a long time, I finally decide to give this place another chance only to find out that they never gave me the free pizza so they stole from me. I won’t be ordering from them ever again, there are plenty of other pizza shops and for way less money I mean 30$ for a large pepperoni pizza? C’mon guys open your eyes, stay clear of this thieving establishment. Stay woke!
The worst pizza in the World… wake up Pizza Hut!!! Fire the manager! This location makes Pizza Hut look bad! Bad toppings aka cheap.The manager on Friday April22/22 had No I mean No no no customer service the rudest employee I have ever in countered I am in customer service. I love Pizza Hut but this location makes it look so bad! I will never go back to this location the worst pizza and the worst customer service ever! Please don’t waste your time with this location. Still get Pizza Hut but from another place. They are cheap with the food and have nasty service. Wake up corporate office this place is a joke.
This is now the second time I've ordered for delivery and 5 minutes later I get an email saying you can pick it up at this time. How about pay your delivery drivers a living wage and maybe then you can run a business as well as Domino's.
I ordered a pizza on the way home Friday for my boyfriend to pick up so we could have pizza with his daughter. Turns out someone with the same same ordered for pick up at the same time. Instead of looking at all the pizzas for all the names they just grabbed the first ‘Andrew’. They called me and asked us to bring the pizza back about 20 minutes after pick up just after we got home with a very hungry 5 year old. They asked us to at least come back to pay the additional $10 for the pizza that they gave us by mistake. The Zza was good, but the customer service is with a -1 star. Not coming back to pay for someone’s else’s mistake
I have ordered Pizza Hut pizza for many years, in Saskatoon and St. Albert, and have always enjoyed it. Tonight, however, our pizza was dry and tasteless. There was very little sauce or pepperoni and we ended up throwing out most of it. It's a shame, but they have lost a customer.
