I ordered pizza last Saturday and I paid 4$ extra for mushrooms and 4$ extra for green peppers total for the order was 45$ for a large pizza, yet I received only regular toppings from this store. A very different experience from Dominoz pizza which is much more generous for the price you pay. Never again from Pizza Hut
When I walked in no one even there, I waited but no one showed up. Could hear them talking In the back. I was the only customer yet I had to flag them down to get service... And the pizza, it was the most greesy pizza ever. Literally swimming in oil...
I ordered a homestyle pizza but they gives me a pan pizza and I called and the person was rude. And i also add the extra seasoning on breadsticks and I kept saying no there isn't we are eating the breadsticks and there is no extra seasoning and he didn't care than he said I’ll take care in your next order and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! What is this?
Very nice little Pizza Hut Store ! Food are good ! Very fast service! I ordered One large pepperoni pizza and one medium veggies’s lover pizza And 8 pieces salt and pepper Chicken wings ! Under $50 that included 10% tips .
Thinking that I was placing a delivery order when I was actually placing a pick up order. I call and spoke with Param amd he was very helpful. He changed our order to deliver grab out addy and soon we will have pizza. Thank you Param and pizza hut!
It's great that they offer a personal size pizza. The pizza it self is basically your average franchise type pizza. They go a little light on the cheese as well. I ve found they are definitely one of the fastest. Their on line site is laid out quite well unfortunately it doesn't always seem to work.
Really bad service. If they're out of an ingredient, they just omit it without saying anything. When we called to tell them that our pizza doesn't have spinach as indicated on the website, all we got was "we're out of that" When we asked them why they didn't tell us and give us an opportunity to order something else instead, they just kept repeating "we don't have any spinach". A confusing and disappointing experience overall. If this is going to be how they treat their customers, good luck winning any business from Peninsula and Keating!
Just bought pizza of the day. So disappointed, had to throw into the bin. Cold, no cheese, no taste, totally waste of money. Won’t buy again from here. Would prefer to go to Royal oak shopping centre.
Listening is not their strong suit. I ordered a pizza and expected it to be delivered. After 40 minutes they call me to say my pizza is sitting there ready for pick up. I never even mentioned it was for pick up. So they attempt to fight me on what they THOUGHT they heard. Then proceeded to charge me more for delivery after their own mistake of not listening. So I would have received a cold pizza that has been sitting on a shelf for at least 20-25 min, for more than what they quoted me. Not to mention their idea of toppings is so non existent sometimes I get pizzas that look like they just painted it with sauce. A disgrace to the pizza hut name, and to the business itself. This is the final straw for me. I have had so many issues with how they do business and ripping people off with little to no topping pizza, and sometimes half raw crust. My family had already moved on to villages across the street because they also hate how the pizza is made at this pizza hut location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I should have also moved to a different pizza place. Don't eat here if you value your money. Support the local guys instead. At least they care about what they feed you. This place is not worth the time and effort. At least their delivery drivers are nice.
*Edit*: Pizza Huts manager sought me out to make this the below problem right. Thank you for making things right with me! *End edit* I ordered online was fine before in the past, but when I ordered by phone the experience wasn't even close. They didn't ask me if i wanted anything after i said i wanted pizza X and address and payment method. No, options, pop or dip, nothing, not even an eta. Just hung up. It didn't make me feel good about spending my money because their default pizza crust is more greasy than the other optional ones that I wanted. Up sell me guys, ask me if "is there anything else i want to order". I wanted to spend more money than you let me try. I know you guys can do better.
