I have no idea who was working when I was there, but the guy was genuinely inspired as he worked the hut. he also took orders over the phone and refered to me as the amazing john. I came with two little 3,5 kids. He brought us a pizza, three waters with lids on the littles’ cups, crayons and paper, etc. he was courteous and made it an enjoyable time. both kids flopped their cups over and those lids stayed on and saved me a lot of cleanup. it happens almost every time i eat with them. pizza was good and timely.
Michael is such a great employee and really cares about his customers. When I have a special order, he does his best to give me what I want and takes any feedback I have with good nature and learns from any negative issues that come up.
Slow service, had to repeat my order three times for them to get a three topping pizza right. The lettuce on the salad bar was very brown. My pizza was not sliced evenly. My pizza did taste good.
Always delicious pizzas and the staff is friendly!!! The service is sometimes slow but it’s understandable that happens in all restaurants when they are busy.
Upon eating there this last time that's already been a couple times before I ordered the chicken alfredo little on the dry side but that's one of the things that's either had missed Del Alfredo's thick and dry her cuz of the cheese or two moist that's not the issue the issue I had was the breadsticks I could have them and it sounded like I was tapping adored the gentleman manager Michael said he was working on a table and we can show me that those were fresh breadsticks I've never had red sticks that bad from from Pizza Hut they were hard normally they're soft and they fall apart and they're good when he was asking what he could do for me Michael sarcasm said you're coming to Pizza Hut he goes if you were going to McDonald's would you expect filet mignon I said no I would expect the hamburger I totally sarcastic and rude evidently I am not the first of the people I kind of asked on a chat board not passing Pizza Hut obviously I like the food cuz I ordered from there and a few other people said they can having problems as well so I suggestYou check into the Pizza HutTalk to Michael about his attitudeAnd see how they're doing making the foodThank you for and I told

What you would expect from pizza hut. Friendly staff , good food. Prompt service
We placed an order for delivery at 9:47pm. Store hours were until 11pm. Waited almost an hour before calling to see why the tracking still said the store was making just 1 pizza. Calls were sent to a call center, with no answer at the store itself when they'd transfer the call. I drove to the store but it was completely dark with no cars in the parking lot. I was charged for products I never received and the store was closed prior to the 11 pm time as stated on their website. It also stated online, which I have a screenshot of, that the hours were verified by the local pizza hut store just 3 weeks ago. This is truly horrible service. If an order could not be completed due to staffing issues or incorrect hours listed, etc., then it is the responsibility of the company to inform customers as such. I would rather drive nearly 40 minutes away at this point to go to Domino's pizza in Sparta. I think they'd offer better service at this point.
Ordered online for people an hour away and was delivered on time and with care! Way to go Viroqua Wisconsin 'Za Hut!
Not one to write reviews but I’ve had such bad luck at this Pizza Hut that I feel I have to at this point. So very slow and half the time they don’t even put your order in until you show up to get it.
