We ordered from here twice, only bcuz we gave it a 2nd chance, and it was bad both times. We normally prefer Pizza Hut but this location leaves the pan crust Pizza extremely doughy, the inside of the crust both times was almost raw dough, and its not like they're the cheapest either. Unfortunate since it would only take a few more minutes in the oven to make it a great Pizza.
Pizza a bit tooooo greasy I've had some looking like it was dipped in oil/butter ....and prices are steeper than other spots in town, guess it depends what type of taste your into too.....staff also is quit unfriendly and always seem upset ‍ and operating hours can be good to closed. I've driven there a few times only to find it closed so had to head to dominos ‍

Tried to order after having multiple errors using the app was instructed to call the store. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes was told by the employee that they couldn't do anything and that a manager would help then promptly hung up on me. Had to deny the payment through my credit card company.
Ordered a large pizza with home style crust with extra Indian butter sauce and ended up with pan crust with no sauce at all.I really hate pan crust and I never ordered such kind of pizza in my life. This is not first time, third time I’m having this pizza and when I complained them they don’t have any good answer. Always getting wrong topping and I don’t know same mistake how can they do every time. Order taker was so disgusting and no proper communication at all in their members. it is expensive and when you got such kind of pizza then you have to sleep empty stomach. Really disappointed:
“Trying to do contact-less delivery” is such a joke. Clearly you just want payment before delivery and are using Covid as an excuse. If that’s so, change your business practice and make it public on the website as opposed to using Covid as an excuse.

I called the store to enquire if they are currently hiring or not. Its just a simple 'Yes' or 'No' question and this lady on the phone said "I do not answer anything on the phone. Come to the store" with a very rude tone.Everyone is trying their best to maintain social distance due to Covid where as this store wants people go there physically to just ask a question. Well I think that's how they talk or treat when you do not have much choices here whether its food or Jobs. Very bad customer service. They should train their employees on how to talk to customers. If you don't treat your customers well, you do not have business. They forgot that logic I guess.
Ordering online is ridiculous. They promote good deals, then when you go the check-out everything is marked up. Example $15.99 Large Favorites Deal turns into $28.00 when your check out, and they have the nerve to tell you that you saved $5.00! This has happened multiple times. don't know why I keep looking. Not sure if this a just a Yellowknife thing but c'mon, honour the website prices or take them down.
